October 17, 2023, there was a surprise attack on Israeli citizens by militant group Hamas. As of now Hamas has hostages, which includes women and children. Political leaders has made it public that citizen of the northern Gaza Strip should vacate and head south. The Gaza Strip is a heavily populated urban area with around 2 million citizens.
