First what I didn’t do. I didn’t change anything when it came to the structure of my business. It was working, and I didn’t need to learn a new strategy. That's not to say that you can’t add to your strategy or amplify a new message.
I invested in myself. I had a coach and sisterhood.
I went all in on my messaging and supporting my audience. I reached out to my audience to see what they needed, then crafted masterclasses, challenges, and podcasts
Doubled down on my marketing around my signature programs. Having a program suite is key. With a small variety of offers and payment options, you are able to support your clients and have a stacked system of money coming in.
