She is a Life Coach for mom's with special needs kids. Francini is a former pre-school teacher where her love and passion for playing a huge role in the lives of children began. Her and husband were foster parents for many years and adopted 3 amazing special needs children. Though they have all been blessed to have each other in their lives, their parenting certainly comes with some challenges. You may be thinking, all parenting can be challenging and you'd be right. Raising children that have invisible handicaps is a bit different. It really require some deeper skills than the normal patience, compassion and understanding.
