I’m baaaaaack!

Today, we are diving into the nitty gritty of where I started with my fitness journey and how I got to where I am now. From ED behavior to food freedom and from HIIT workouts to weight lifting, I don’t hide anything.

My goal is to give you a perspective of the reality that everyone starts somewhere. There is MORE to who you are than just fitness and how your body looks. I want to build sustainable and long lasting habits that become a lifestyle for you. I hope this encouraging.
