Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt disappointed that you hadn't made more progress, even though you've been working hard? I've found myself in that position, even while working out 5-6 days per week and keeping a close eye on my nutrition.

This episode is tailored toward people in the season of life that I find myself in - married with young kids and a plate overflowing with responsibility. It's a season full of responsibility and challenge, but also one in which many find themselves feeling a bit behind for some reason, even when it comes to their health and fitness. The root issue? A culture of "MORE" and our own internal struggle with contentment.
