Tiffany Ward is a mother, CrossFit coach, and accomplished real estate investor. By day, she excels as a sales professional at a Fortune 100 company, and by night, she’s building wealth through strategic real estate investments. Tiffany began her real estate journey at 23 when she purchased a foreclosure in Virginia. She moved into the property and house-hacked her way to reducing expenses while increasing her investable capital. In 2019, she transitioned into multifamily investing, successfully participating as a Key Principal in her first out-of-state apartment deal. Passionate about wealth creation, Tiffany founded the RVA Multifamily Investor Group in Richmond, Virginia, where she educates and empowers others to explore the benefits of multifamily real estate investments.
