Chandra is a real estate professional with over 13 years of experience.  Her career in real estate began in 2009 as a mortgage underwriter. During that time she decided to use her knowledge of mortgages and apply it as a real estate investor where she purchased 5 rental properties using various strategies over a span of 3 years.
