If so, you’re in the right place. Welcome to She Is RESILIENT, I’m your host, Tatiana, a trauma & somatic therapist as well as a holistic coach and I’m on a mission to help more women regulate their nervous systems through holistic living and somatic practices.

As a complex trauma survivor, I know exactly what it’s like to live in a state of survival. After starting my somatic healing journey, I learned how to create the safety and resiliency that my nervoussystem needed in order to shift out of survival and start showing up as my most authentic self. Somatic healing has quite literally changed my life and I want every woman to know that there is a life outside of survival.

Every Monday me and my guests are going to get real and vulnerable about the experiences that led us to becoming the empowered and resilient women we are today as well asshare knowledge around what you can start doing to create safety and resiliency in your nervous system.
