It was one year ago at the BMW Championship that “Beemer” first appeared on “Takin’ to the Streets”. Since then, Andy and “Beemer” have collaborated on many podcasts merging the disparate and synergistic views of the PGA. While Andy stays true to the roots of the “Streets” by challenging Beemer on reverse line movement and Vegas opinion, Beemer holds the views one would expect of a major winner and one that’s triumphed multiple times “inside the ropes”.
There has been a month hiatus since the last show and Beemer has since played in the British Senior Open and was paired with United States President Donald Trump at the inaugural round at his newest Scottish golf course (Trump International Scotland). Beemer shares stories of that round as well as previews the upcoming BMW Championship (second leg of the Fed Ex Cup).
The two compare notes on the St. Jude Tournament with thoughts specifically on Tommy Fleetwood’s demise and the star that is Justin Rose. The street heads to the land of the Terrapin before the conclusion at East Lake.
