Hey friend! Todays episode is gonna be around healthy boundaries. Often times we hear the word boundary and think of them as being a wall to keep things out, but really they’re a tool to keep us safe, and to promote peace, harmony, and happiness. It’s important to remember that setting boundaries does NOT make you a bad person! It means that you love and respect yourself and you value the way you show up in the world. To keep it simple and easy, I’ll just state some general healthy boundaries that I think are helpful, and you can either repeat them like we do with affirmations, and imagine that you’re speaking your boundaries out loud to someone, or you can just listen and take whatever resonates with you. So, sit back, roll up, and let’s vibe 💫 
1. I want to help, but I cannot do this for you. 
2. I am not responsible for your emotions. 
3. I respect your opinion, and I have my own opinion as well. 
4. I understand you’re upset, but I am not okay with how you’re speaking to me. 
5. Right now, I need some time to myself to refocus. 
6. I LOVE you, but I do not love how you are behaving right now. 
7. I can see that you are hurting, but your anger is not my fault.
 8. Thank you for your concern regarding my life, but I have things under control. 
9. I can see how difficult and painful this has been for you. I don’t have any advice, but I am here to listen and support you. 
10. Honestly friends, sometimes the simplest yet most effective boundary, is simply saying NO, and standing on it. I hope you have an amazing day 🤩 love you ❤️‍🔥
