Sabrina Ursaner is an author, health & wellness coach, fitness instructor, mindfulness practitioner, and joy seeker. She helps people let go of whatever may be weighing them down, find their wings, and soar. She specializes in working with people dealing with grief or healing and moving through transitions in life. Sabrina holds multiple health, fitness, & wellness certifications and over 400 hours of yoga teacher training, including from ACE, AFAA, NASM, 200hr RYT, 200hr Kundalini Yoga RYT, 100hr Certified Meditation Teacher, and several branded formats and other specialties. Regardless of modality, her passion is helping people find more joy and making movement FUN for everyone.
She is especially passionate about rebounding and all of the benefits of using mini fitness trampolines. She has been rebounding (literally, not just metaphorically) for over a decade and she is a featured presenter for JumpSport Fitness. She teaches trampoline instructor certifications virtually and around the country.
