Nate currently inspects homes before they are sold in the real estate market. He inspects for damages and fixes most everything himself. He is doing all this in order to get to his goal. His goal is to work at the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services as a Disaster Assistance Programs Specialist for the Hazard Mitigation Unit. (a position I just learned about)
