Diana Lopez is a dedicated professional with a passion for justice and a commitment to advocating for the rights of vulnerable individuals. Motivated by a desire to effect broader change, Diana founded The Medusa Project, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to eradicating human trafficking, by providing information and resources to our community’s most vulnerable and supporting its victims and survivors. In addition to her role as a non-profit founder, Diana has taken on the crucial role of Victim-Advocate. Through this position, she tirelessly advocates for the rights and well-being of survivors by working alongside law enforcement and other support networks to ensure that everyone receives the care and resources they need to thrive. Diana began her career as a paralegal at a prestigious law firm, where she assisted in asylum cases. Her experience in this area has been invaluable in providing critical support to individuals seeking refuge and protection in unfamiliar lands. Recognizing the pressing need to address the plight of trafficking survivors, Diana transitioned her focus to helping these individuals secure T-Visas and Vacatur applications. Through her diligent efforts, she has played a pivotal role in giving survivors a chance to rebuild their lives and regain their independence.
