Hello, Beautiful Beasts!! Welcome back to The Unveiling the Beast Podcast! In THIS episode, I had the chance to hang out with Emma Shartner, one of my former spin class “groupies”, before she moved aaallll the way across the country. I was interested in her story because during our chit chats before and after class, she would always talk about her travels all over the country. So, I finally asked her what that was all about... and recorded it! BECAUSE we were genuinely getting to know each other better while recording this episode, it almost felt like we were on a first date. We talked about all kinds of everything and nothing; food (drool), the fear of dating in a small town, lickin’ grease pans, our favorite cuss words, body image… and of course there’s plenty of inappropriate laughter.
