Helloooooo! Welcome back to the Unveiling the Beast Podcast! maybe it’s just me, but I’m just so excited about the diversity of the humans I’ve talked to so far and that’s really the whole friggin’ point. We are all different and we come from all different walks of life. I just think it’s awesome when people can share their story and touch the life of someone else who might need their wisdom in the moment. Ok I know. I got all mushy for a second so let me tell you about Elena, a.k.a. Coach Elaine. We met in the community of Life Coaches from the Elite Coaching University, and we totally hit it off because we are both passionate about combining life coaching and personal training into like this meshy ball of amazingness. So, in this conversation, first of all, we danced like dolphins. That’s probably the most important thing. Secondly, we took a deep dive into the coaching and fitness world.
