The Unveiling with Aaron Polly
What’s up, you Beautiful Beasts? Welcome back to the podcast! In this episode, I sat down with friend and police officer, Aaron Polly. We had a horrible internet connection so sometimes we don’t make sense, and sometimes one of us doesn’t laugh at something funny the other person said but just go with it! Aaron is super outdoorsy (if that’s a word) and loves rock climbing and hiking. He even has a rock-climbing zone that he built inside his house! We talked about quite a few things, including his experience with his wife being a surrogate mother and almost dying (WHAT?!), how he accidentally wrote a book, and he opens up about his experience as a victim in an abusive relationship and how why it’s sort of hard to talk about as a male victim. Last, but not least, we discussed some of our random tear fests as a parent, as well as some super funny moments in our parenthood experiences! As always, I hope something lands with you today.
