Truman just graduated from Utah Valley University where he studied Baking and Pastry at Culinary Arts Institute. He also hosts his own podcast, Sweets with Sodie where he dissects the pastry world. He currently works as a pastry chef in Springville UT. In his free time he loves hanging with family, hiking, and serving others.
