Meet our guest: I am Kaitlyn McNally, a Registered Dietitian and owner of Youth Sports Nutrition located in Lawrence, Kansas.
Exercising and staying active has always been a part of my life. However, it wasn’t until graduate school, working with collegiate athletes, and striving to be a better athlete myself, that the interest of sports nutrition truly began.
As a former high school athlete myself, I saw a need for youth and teen athletes and decided to focus on providing nutrition education and sports nutrition resources to this population. I offer one-on-one nutrition coaching, team talks and an online self-paced nutrition course.
