Geff is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) consultancy business helping commercial organizations progress their DE&I journeys, especially LGBTQ+ inclusion.
Geff has been decorated for his work many times, including winning the distinguished “LGBT+ Inspirational Leader Award” at the British LGBT Awards.
