We go way back to the very beginning to look at one of the earliest glimpses into the nature of the vampire as we wrap up MAY we suck your blood where we have been looking at vampires all month long. This may be it for the month, but something tells me that we'll be hearing the soft voices of bloodsuckers later this year.
But for now, we respond to a frequent refrain to come snuggle by the titular Carmilla, written by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu.
