Whether you are playing your local 5 a side, representing your country in Wimbledon or in the final 100m sprint at the olympics, competitive sports play a big part in most of our lives. How does involving yourself within competitive sports affect your life and In what aspects can it positively affect your mentality? 

We have both been competing in competitive sports for a combined total of over 25 years ranging from marathons, iron man challenges, rowing competitions, basketball games and more. There are far more facets to sports then purely physical prowess. Remaining in good physical condition is of course important, however the focus, dedication and commitment are but few of the mental benefits we have received. We also discuss how we train for our respective competitions.
