Description

There's nothing wrong with a Chinese take out, but there is something wrong with a take out every day. Now with far more people becoming educated in the benefits of concentrating on not only your caloric intake but also your nutritional intake we have realised that maybe the idea of 'eating good' or 'good food' has become disillusioned and must be simplified. Convenience takes priority over taste, this does not need to be the case.

Good food does not mean expensive food, nor does it mean pretentious. Being able to distinguish that and truly understand what you are putting in your mouth, where it has some from and how that affects its taste. Using humble ingredients to their fullest potential is also extraordinarily important. We talk about our journeys and how eating better and more conscientiously has affected factors ranging from our mental wellbeing, physical health and general demeanour.
