Mindfulness is what is on everyones mind, and rightfully so. How Well Do You Regulate Your Thoughts? How Well Do You Manage Your Emotions? With the rise in mental illnesses and the so called "loneliness epidemic" (stay tuned for a future podcast on this) we discuss how your environment can shape and affect your natural mental strength. 

Why can others withstand - and even thrive - in extraordinary situations while others falter? We assess exceptional people i.e Aron Ralston and what   we would do in their unique and strenuous situations to gauge our own levels of mental strength. More importantly we explore what each of us can do in our day to day lives to be more mentally strong and improve our quality of life. 

We both believe that the practice of mindfulness starts with having a firm foundation of mental fortitude to build upon.
