As avid home cooks and self proclaimed foodies we found ourselves discussing the ethics or certain farmed produce and naturally Foie Gras came up! Due to the prohibitive price point of Foie Gras it seems that this mysterious food has managed to travel under many peoples radar, however, it is not so much the food itself that we shall be discussing but the farming techniques. There is great debate on whether or not the farming of Foie Gras is ethical so here is our take on that subject.
