Hey guys, Daisy Andrea here at the strong moms fitness podcast.  📍 Wanted to jump on really quick and we'll let you know that unfortunately, this week, I don't have a podcast episode for you. I am really  knuckle deep in my book. And I am really trying to pump this out as fast and quickly as I can. So I've really been focusing a hundred percent of my attention. 

On my book. And the podcast is gotten away from me. And , I do want to apologize to those that value of the podcast and listen to it every week, but I will be back. Shortly. I don't know if I'm gonna be doing next week. We'll see how we go. But definitely.  In the beginning of July. 

I should have. A new episode for you? A hundred percent. And then up until then it's going to be touch and go, depending on how this all works out. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to put together a book, but I wanted to let you know. That I have completed. Writing the book and I'm just going through the editing process right now. And then as soon as it's edited, 

I am going to format it and  do some design work. And. Make sure it all looks pretty and get that to a PDF. And I don't know if you were listening last week, but I did have an offer. For you guys, a free offer to get a free copy of this book that I'm writing. And I am, I think I'm set on a title, which is called slack apps after baby. 

And it is, all about flattening those abs after baby. So I figured that obvious title worked pretty well. So I'm going to have a little subtitle probably, but we talk about all things diastasis. Try to keep your core safe, but still working to get rid of that mom pooch or, and help with diastasis.
