Description

The third Monday of January is referred to by some people as "Blue Monday" and the resolutions start dropping off.

Lou started us off down this road and we wondered how helpful resolutions really are.

Unsurprisingly, it depends (as we're all individuals)! On quite a few things actually and having some self awareness around what can be holding us back or pushing us forwards is very helpful to keep a balance.

Some people like setting difficult goals as motivation, others feel the shame of not making it and more besides.
