Today’s episode builds off of last week’s deep dive into healing your inner child, marking the conclusion of our two-part series. Last week, we explored the five aspects of the inner child and practical techniques for daily integration of inner child healing. We discussed self-reflection, reparenting, seeking support, and creating rituals.

In this episode, I'll break down my daily routines and how I incorporate inner child work into them. We’ll start with morning affirmations, positive self-talk, and journaling, moving on to incorporating playfulness into chores and setting crucial boundaries.

Reparenting is about building trust with your younger self and becoming the nurturing role model you needed. This involves acknowledging valuable lessons from your caregivers while unlearning detrimental beliefs. I'll share my journey of overcoming the belief in family curses and creating my own parenting principles: unconditional love, playfulness, and truly listening to my inner child.
