The content of this podcast is awesome! The sound quality, not as good. I was disappointed when I heard how this sounded, but decided the content was so good I would publish it anyway. Even before this conversation I appreciated everything these guys did for Crossfit Cocoa Beach and this reinforced my appreciation for how much they care about the people and the entire community.
