For many of us today, we work from home which can mean we are sitting down quite often. We may be busy working, but our bodies are losing out on the benefits of movement that creates flow. We are doing beneficial work, but not exactly being kind to ourselves in the process. In our episode today, we discuss the ways our lives might be stagnant while we are so busy giving to so many other things.
