Description

If you've ever experienced a panic attack, you know what it is like to feel your thought race at 100 miles a second, have shortness of breath, and a rapid heart rate. As the movie Inside Out 2 indicated, "anxiety wants to help so worry has to be put somewhere that's healthy". Anxiety wants to make sense of it all, which is why you try to think of so many solution, but seem to fall short of an actual answer to ease your mind. If you find yourself unable to regulate your anxiety, remember to seek the support of a therapist. It is not a bad thing to search on Psychology Today for a therapist. It doesn't mean you're "crazy" or any other name you can come up with right now.
