How many minutes do we spend worrying about the challenges in our lives? For some of us, there are a lot of minutes in the day that we spend worrying. What does worrying change? I know it doesn't change a thing for me, aside from creating stress and so many other emotions that aren't helpful. In this episode, we discuss how to change our worry through our worship.
