I play badminton and for myself, because I use my right arm and shoulder so much, I start to wonder if it is causing any harm playing badminton. Will it eventually cause a spinal misalignment? The fact that my right arm muscles are heavier and because I usually focus on training my right arm more, this question is actually legitimate.
