Parent’s Prayer
Father, in Jesus name, we come before You now in behalf of our children, [ ]. Your Word says that children are the heritage of the Lord and that the fruit of the womb is His reward. We accept [ ] as special gifts from You, Father, and thank You for giving them to us.
According to Your Word, as we train up our children in the way they should go, when they are old, they will not depart from it. We accept that promise now by faith.
As we teach [ ] and bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, we believe they will grow up to be godly people.
Because our children are taught of the Lord, great shall be their peace. We thank You, Father, for Your guidance in disciplining [ ]. As we correct them in love and admonish them according to Your Word, we pray that they will grow in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with You and with man.
We pray that You give Your angels charge over them each day to accompany them and keep them safe from any maneuver of the Devil. Your Word says that the seed of the righteous shall be delivered!
Because we have chosen to serve You, Lord, we can confidently proclaim: "Our Seed shall be Great and Mighty upon the earth".
