I can’t believe I am actually going against Fraser here. But Barbie is in the right and I think she has valid points. Fraser is not solution oriented, he clearly despises her and can’t hide it. Ben clocked exactly what was missing in Fraser’s management style and he doesn't put in the work to make his team work as a unit with one another nor does he try to understand Barbie’s needs so he can move accordingly.
