Initially wanting to be a physician, Josh got his pre professional biology degree from Central Michigan University. However a mentor of his advised him to go into business instead of medicine and that is when Josh discovered real estate investing.
To learn from the best in the real estate investing industry Josh worked alongside two premiere real estate investing education companies while furthering his own investing career before eventually going full time on his own business May of 2022.
