How do we not just bounce back but prepare ourselves to thrive through life’s most challenging experiences? In this episode, we’re diving into Prosilience, a proactive approach to resilience. Whether you are facing chronic illness, caregiving for someone you love, navigating prolonged adversity, or simply want to create a life of nourishment this conversation is for you.
Our guest, Jenn Fredericks, is not only a two-time kidney transplant recipient and a caregiver to her daughter with a life-threatening chronic illness, but she’s also a Prosilience Coach who empowers individuals to move from fear and uncertainty to confidence, calm, and courage. Together, we explore the evolution of resilience, self-care beyond surface-level strategies, and the mindset shifts that make thriving possible.
