Kristen Iuppenlatz Grech is a Master Pilates Teacher specializing in posture, walking, and neurosomatic repatterning for pain relief. An actor, dancer, and musical theatre enthusiast, Kristen’s journey has been shaped by her experience with chronic pain following two car accidents.
After 15 years of searching for answers, she found healing through studying with incredible mentors over the past 25 years. Now, at 60, she feels better than ever and is passionate about passing on the wisdom she wishes she’d had earlier. Kristen helps others move with joy, heal from pain, and embody a life of freedom and play.
