This episode to to remind us that sometimes we need to encourage ourselves while we're greatly distressed because of our situations we happen to be in at the time. In this teaching I talk about some tools that we can use to encourage oursevel, but you have to make the decision if you want to stay in or get out. Decide.

1 Samuel 30:6

And David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because all the people were bitter in soul, each for his sons and daughters. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.

1 Peter 5:7

Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

John 14:27

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.
