Surrendering is a hard place for any one of us to be. Jesus had to do it and it was hard for him, it was so hard that the bible tells us that he sweat blood,but after he surrender to the will of God, we gained everything.
Luke 22:44 44 And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.
James 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
