Description

This morning rant we look briefly at the work of the two Adams. The first and the Last Adam. Each had an assignment. The first Adam lost his kingdom and dominion by disobedience, the last Adam got his Kingdom by obedience.

1 Corinthians 15:45

Thus it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

1 Corinthians 15:22

For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.

1 Corinthians 15:21

For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.

Genesis 2:7

Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.

Romans 5:12

Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned

Ephesians 2:5

Even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—

Romans 5:19

For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous.
