The bible tells us that we're AMBASSADORS for Christ and the kingdom of God. Every citizen of the kingdom of God should look at themselves as one. Anofficial envoy of the Kingdom of God, especially as a high-ranking diplomat who represents his state, sansion with it's authority and provision. With angles at our side waiting for instructions.
An ambassador is an official envoy, especially a high-ranking diplomat who represents a state and is usually accredited to another sovereign state or to an international organization as the resident representative of their own government or sovereign or appointed for a special and often temporary diplomatic assignment.
2 Corinthians 5:20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
Ephesians 6:20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Philippians 3:20 20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,
Matthew 5:14-16You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Luke 14:23 And the master said to the slave, ‘Go out into the highways and along the hedges, and compel them to come in, so that my house may be filled.
2 Corinthians 5:11Therefore, knowing the fear of the Lord, we persuade men, but we are made manifest to God; and I hope that we are made manifest also in your consciences.
Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Christians should be mission-minded in this world (Matthew 28:19-20, Romans 10:14, Romans 10:15, Matthew 24:14, 1 Timothy 2:1-15).
Christians should love and serve the people of this world (Matthew 5:13, Matthew 5:14-15, Mark 12:31, Luke 6:31-38).
