God is the author of everything on earth including man and everything functions at his pleasure so he knows the end of a thing from its very beginning-Isaiah 46:10. Before the foundation of the world, God has declared the end of 2025 already and his counsel is superior to the intentions and plans of men.
Men have counsel, their counsel is what necessitates their plan for a season or period and God also has his own counsel but the counsel of God predates the counsel of man so the counsel of God will always stand over the counsel of man-Proverbs 19:21. Man plans after the order of his counsel and that is not in anyway wrong because a counsel that has not been changed to a plan cannot stand.
