God is interested in the affairs of men on earth to the extent that bible says he rules in the affairs of men-Daniel 4:17, Genesis 11:9, Acts 17:26, Job 12:23 which means God did not create the earth to leave it just at the beck and call of man, he created it so he could function on earth through his partnership with man.
The system through which God makes this partnership happen is what we will be considering in the course of this series and that system is called the system of prayer.
