During the course of this series, we have learned on the person of the Holy Spirit and last week we began to consider the ministry of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer which we said its a two fold dimension which is the Holy Spirit at work within the believer and the Holy Spirit at work upon the believer. We understood that the two fold ministry of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer is to the end that he looks like God and function like God so the the ministry of the Holy Spirit within the life of the believer is to help us transform into the image of God-in its nature and character while the ministry of the Holy Spirit upon the believer helps our transformation into the likeness of God-in its functionality and operations in the earth.
We have considered the operation within last week and this week, we will consider the operation upon which is for service and ministering the power and capacity of God to a dying and desperate generation. God doesn’t just want the world to experience his nature through us but he wants them to experience his power and capacity through us and this happens through partnership with the Holy Spirit.
