Grace de la Rosa: Grace is currently a holistic wellness consultant, stage 3 colon cancer survivor, and healthcare advocate who had a life-changing, mind-altering experience on the other side that took place over a three day time span. While she was born naturally gifted, her spiritual journey truly took off after what she saw, heard, and felt.
We discuss our various soul journeys and the importance of reframing our darkest hours knowing that God is there in the details, and everything we experience is for our ultimate benefit and learning. Re-tuning ourselves to stay mindful while walking the tightrope of the physical and spiritual worlds opens up amazing opportunities not just for ourselves, but for our communities we have been placed in.
