Rusty now works as a career coach with corporate leaders, business owners and C-suite leaders ready for more personal success, and looking to upgrade their success without sacrifice.
Rusty lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and 15-yr old son. He is a best-selling author, speaker, musician, and an avid outdoorsman.
