My entrepreneurial spark ignited at 11 with Radio Diego, a venture refurbishing and selling old radios. This early dive into the business realm was just the beginning. I'm not just a serial entrepreneur; I'm a catalyst for change and growth.
By 17, my journey continued with a portable canopy venture, culminating in a profitable merger. My appetite for challenging the status quo was just getting started. Joining Monterrey Provision Company in their accounting department while pursuing a BS in Accounting, I quickly ascended to Financial Controller and General Manager. In 2008, I took a bold step with a leveraged buy-out, gaining full ownership. Under my stewardship, Monterrey witnessed an 800% growth from 2008 to 2016, expanding our reach from 4 to 22 states.
But I didn't stop there. I founded three startups to fill industry gaps: Specialty Cut & Wrap, Direct Demos & Merchandising, and THA Logistics. By 2016, managing a $250M P&L and leading a 350+ nationwide team, I had carved my niche as an industry innovator. Post-acquisition integration with KeHE Distributors was my next successful chapter.
