In this episode, our Academy Mental Health Nurse (Claire) is joined by two past JBA pupils (Chelsea & Micheala) who have both had experiences with mental health and specifically self-harm.
They want to talk about their experiences in the hope that it can help and advise educators, parents, carers and most importantly other young people struggling with similar issues.
