Paul Windemuller⁠, the 2024 Nuffield Scholar from Grand Rapids, studied Agri-Business Management at Michigan State and Dairy Husbandry at Lincoln University, NZ. With over ten years of experience, he founded Open Sky Agribusiness and Dream Winds Dairy LLC, focusing on high-quality milk production through advanced robotics.
Dr. Gail Carpenter, an Assistant Professor at Iowa State University, specializes in Dairy Extension & Outreach. She holds a Ph.D. from Kansas State University and focuses on sustainable dairy practices. Carpenter is a committed mentor, Dairy Challenge coach, and advocate for diversity in underserved communities.
