Dr. Madiha Jafri is a technical trailblazer and seasoned leader with over two decades shaping innovation in the Medical, Defense & Aerospace sector.Her groundbreaking PhD work with NASA Langley pioneered AI's use in predicting Electromagnetic Interference patterns on commercial aircraft over 20 years ago. Simultaneously, her Post Doctoral research led a pioneering AI solution in classifying Schizophrenia using fMRI data.In her journey with Lockheed Martin, she drove innovation in cryptography, nanotechnology, CBRN, EW, cybersecurity, and quantum computing, crafting patented solutions. Leading NSA certifications for Aegis Weapon System, securing classified sites, and digitally transforming domains with ethical AI, she fostered strategic industry-academia alliances. Currently a Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin, Dr. Jafri continue to lead and collaborate with top talent on an intelligent Program Management Assistant.Dr. Jafri is also a proud founder of issma.ai, a platform championing safe spaces based on intersectional identities. This venture blends her passion for diversity and inclusion, building a cutting-edge intelligent platform alongside trusted allies.Most importantly, Dr. Jafri is a mom of 2 and a speaker and ambassador for diversity, equity and inclusion, specially in the STEM discipline.
